The Parts Coordinator will possess excellent organizational skills, a great attitude, and the ability to communicate and work well with others.   In addition, the Parts Support Specialist will be responsible for the maintenance/ administration of our on-hand parts inventory along with supporting our internal and external customers.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Ensure the physical inventory counts are aligned with the perpetual system inventory along with Haas system
  • Assist in cycle counts & Full Physical Inventory Counts
    • Flat Rock Warehouse
    • Vans
    • Any other places where parts owned by Gerotech are located
  • Identification, resolution, and logging of inventory discrepancies
  • Weekly maintenance of RMAs
  • Processing of all depletion orders as requested by Haas
  • Receiving of parts shipments as well as maintaining the Inventory Remediation log
  • Receiving of inventory shipments into Gerotech’s business system
  • Documentation of all records associated with parts as outlined in system procedures
  • Receive, enter/update parts orders into the Gerotech business system
  • Responsible for tracking the status on any returns from sales orders and work orders
  • Maintain accuracy on part locations in business system and warehouse location.  Part locations in the business systems should be consistent to warehouse placement
  • Assist internal and external customers by offering outstanding customer service and helping them with their parts needs.\
  • Responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly parts area.
  • Provide parts to customers and Gerotech personnel from Gerotech inventory
  • Keep management informed of significant changes in products, services, and pricing


  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Two (2) year degree or higher preferred
  • 2 years of experience in a related role is strongly preferred
  • Hi-lo/Forklift experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, oral and written
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Positive, professional attitude and customer service background
